2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using www.iasixperience.ro and purchasing any service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Services offered

iasixperience offers experiences, activities and event packages in Iași and its surroundings. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in full when booking, using the payment methods available on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without affecting already confirmed bookings.

5. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from iasixperience. Confirmation is subject to full payment and availability.

6. Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund policy is detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy available on the website. By making a booking, you expressly accept that policy.

7. Participants' responsibility

Participants are responsible for their actions during activities. Some experiences involve physical activity; participants with relevant medical conditions are asked to consult a doctor before participating. iasixperience is not liable for damage caused by a participant's negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, photographs, logos and descriptions, belongs to iasixperience or is used with the rights holders' permission. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Personal data protection

We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy available on the website and in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016).

10. Force majeure

iasixperience is not liable for non-performance of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events, including extreme weather, natural disasters, legal restrictions or pandemics. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered a refund or rescheduling.

11. Disputes

In a dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution. If this fails, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers have the right to use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
